The Neshakushin Empire is currently in a state of war, with their access to outer worlds cut off due to the encroachment of another nation.

The Federal conglomerate is a federal nation established solely by independent merchant entities who came together with the goal of creating the largest unified merchant nation in the galaxy. While originally the federal conglomerate was just a loose band of producers and suppliers operating out of several interlocked stations it soon attracted smaller entities and grew into a full nation.
